Hayley Orantia is an American actor, musician and acrobat. Her most well-known roles can be Erica Goldberg who stars in 'The Goldbergs,' the comedy television show. Even though she sings however, her passion for music. Music, according her, is the first thing she enjoys. She began playing with it at age nine. At the age of 12 years old, music was serious enough for her to begin professional training. In 2013, she took up songwriting and recorded her debut album. The music has never stopped since then. Orrantia is of Hispanic origins, but was born in USA. She is proud of the existence of Hispanic origins, despite using English only, and did not live in Mexico. She hopes to protect the culture by writing Spanish songs, and also learning the language. "Hasta Verte" which is a song with Spanish lyrics that she has recorded, is an illustration. Orrantia tried out for The X Factor in 2011. Orrantia received the X Factor's four "yeses" by the panel of judges on the Seattle live auditions after having been selected from her YouTube entry. Originally auditioning as a soloist, she and three female singers were grouped together for the remaining auditions during "Hollywood Week". They were eliminated during the 5th week in the Live performance.
