Luciana was born to be a child in Rome with her grandparents. Luciana's father was Manlio Paoluzzi who was an Italian army officer and her mom was Maria Rota Paoluzzi who was the one of Benito's lovers. Her siblings aren't known. Luciana is the only woman who graduated from her high school class from Milan. Luciana also studied nautical engineering in Milan. Then, after two more years of modeling, she got the role of Three Coins in the Fountain. It was her first role. Brett Halsey - an actor - was her first spouse.
