Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen, an American performer and songwriter, hails from St. Louis Missouri. Her most notable role is as Jenny Humphrey, the star on the CW's Gossip Girl. The music of Momsen is used in television and film shows such as How to Be Single, Going the Distance and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen's younger sibling Sloane Momsen also works as an actor. It is the Center of Creative Arts is where she studied dance. In a Shake and Bake national advertisement at the time, momsen began to perform professionally after she was only three. Momsen's acting career was put on hold for three years before she got the lead part in Misconceptions. Momsen also appeared at the time in Saving Shiloh (2006). She also auditioned for the title role in Hannah Montana and was in the top three but the role was instead awarded the role to Miley Cyrus.
